To use the service:

- Go to the Central Post Office counter of the Postal and Philately Service (Post Office Building);
- The shipment must include at least 500 items;
- Each shipment must have the same sender indicated on every item, either printed or handwritten;
- Each batch must consist of identical mail pieces (same weight, format, and content);
- When handing over the materials to be shipped, a sample must be provided, which will remain with the Postal and Philately Service.

Items can be packed in sealed envelopes, unsealed envelopes, or parcels.

Parcels containing small quantities of goods must be accompanied by a CN 22 form (which can be filled out through the dedicated ONLINE FORM) and must be labeled “petit paquet”.

Items must be sorted by destination country.

Cylindrical items are also accepted.

Per qualsiasi invio la somma delle tre dimensioni non deve mai superare i 900 mm.

- Items weighing more than 2000 g;
- Books;
- Obscene or immoral items;
- Items prohibited from import or circulation in the destination country;
- Narcotics and psychotropic substances;
- Any other items prohibited by Vatican or international regulations.
