Frequently Asked Questions
To use the service:
- go to the Central Post Office counter at the Postal and Philately Service (Palazzo della Posta);
- the shipment must consist of at least 300 items;
- each shipment must have the same sender printed or handwritten on each individual item;
- each batch of items must be made up of identical packages (same weight, format, and content).
